If you have problems with your charge card when using a public charging point, follow these steps:
Self-verification via the app:
Check yourself whether the charging point is available or possibly out of order by looking it up on the live map in the My Pluginvest platform or the Chargepoint app. This can help you determine whether the issue lies with the charging card or the charging station.
Report the problem to Pluginvest:
Contact Pluginvest by email (operations@pluginvest.eu) or by telephone (+32 3 376 85 80). Make sure you have the following information:ID of your charge card
Time of the loading transaction
Serial number of the charging station
Location of the charging station
Service provider of the charging station
