What can I do if my charge card does not work at a public charging point?

If you have problems with your charge card when using a public charging point, follow these steps:

  1. Self-verification via the app:
    Check yourself whether the charging point is available by using the app . This can help you determine whether the problem lies with the charge card or the charging station.

  2. Report the problem to Pluginvest:
    Contact Pluginvest by email (info@pluginvest.eu) or by telephone (+32 3 376 85 80). Make sure you have the following information:

    • ID of your charge card

    • Time of the loading transaction

    • Serial number of the charging station

    • Location of the charging station

    • Service provider of the charging station
