Ensure the device is powered off.
Remove the mounting bracket (D) from the back of the device
Remove the outer six screws securing the front cover of the device
Slowly and carefully open the front cover and ensure that no cables are disconnected while the front cover is removed
With the device facing upwards, check to see if the SIM card is installed and the antenna from the front cover is connected to the top antenna connector
If the antenna is disconnected, insert it into the top slot (the first slot from the top), as shown in the picture below. To do this align the connector on the cable with the antenna connector on the board and push down. You should hear or feel a click, indicating the antenna has been securely connected.
To ensure the antenna is securely connected, try gently rotating and pulling the antenna. The antenna should rotate with some resistance, and pulling on the antenna should not cause it to come loose.
Reattach the front cover and secure it with the six screws.
Power on the device. You hear a beep and all the LEDs should briefly light up.
Wait for 3-5 minutes. If a cellular network is available, the blue connectivity LED (the first LED from the right) will illuminate and start blinking, indicating the device is connected to the internet:
