Plugzio customer support can easily be contacted by:

  • Email: help@plugzio.com

  • Call: +1 848-600-5544

  • Chat: internal Chat With Us feature in your dashboard (last option on the left sidebar)

If you have a Plugzio manager or user account, you can log in and also reach customer support through the "Contact Us" tab.

Users who need to contact Device Managers

If you are a user of a device and have questions regarding a device's accessibility, session pricing and availability, you should contact the device's manager. To find the device manager's information:

  • Log into your user account at https://my.plugz.io/

  • Attempt to activate a device

  • On the device activation screen you should see the device manager's name or title.

  • Click on the contact card icon to find out more information about the manager.

    • An empty contact card means that the manager has not chosen to disclose additional information.
