A guide on how to view active and previous charging sessions

You can monitor your current session's status and the list of your previous charging sessions right from your Plugzio app.

Current Session's Status

When logging into your Plugzio app, you will land on the Dashboard page and it is where you can monitor your current charging session

Viewing The List of Previous Sessions

  1. Navigate to the Session History tab:

  2. On the Session History tab, you will see every single charging session you have activated before, in the tiles indicated below:

  3. The Session History tab shows you the history of the last 30 days; therefore, if you would like to go back and view the list of older charging sessions from the calendar icon on the top right of the screen:

  4. By clicking VIEW DETAILS, you will be able to see the electricity consumption, current, and voltage of the charging session along with other details:
