This article covers the ways to end an ongoing (active) charging session. If you already have an ongoing charging session connected to your Plugzio user account, you should see the following status in your app:
There are 2 ways to end your charging session:
1. Unplug the car:
One way to end your active charging session is to unplug the charging cable from the device/vehicle (depending on whether your Plugzio device has a cable or you are using your own cable). This way, the power gets cut off, and the device realizes that no vehicle is connected to deliver the electricity to it and ends the session immediately.
2. End the session on your Plugzio app:
Whether you are using the web or the mobile version of the Plugzio app, you can end the session by tapping on the toggle showing that the session is on:
Once you tap on the toggle, a message will be sent to the device to end the charging session, and regardless of being plugged in, your session gets terminated, and no power will be delivered to your vehicle. Here is how the status will be shown on your Plugzio app when the session ends:
