Can pricing be changed, and are users notified?
Yes, pricing can be easily adjusted by managers through the Payment Plans page.
Users are always shown the current pricing before activating a device in the Plugzio app.
Whether users need to be notified of pricing changes depends on the property’s internal policies. For example, some Stratas require that residents be informed of any changes to amenity pricing as outlined in their bylaws.
Please note that Plugzio is not aware of any internal policies, agreements, or contracts between the property and its residents/users. As such, we are unable to comment on whether notifications are required in your specific case.
