The Network Configuration page allows managers to view the connectivity status of their EV charging fleet, add networks to their Plugzio devices, and reboot or test device connections.
How to Locate the Network Configuration Page
Log in to your Plugzio management dashboard at manage.plugz.io.
On the left-hand menu, click Device Management to expand the options.
Select Network Configuration from the list.
What’s in the Network Configuration Page?
1. Pie Chart
Located on the left side, it visually represents your devices by connection type (WiFi in green, Cellular in orange).
In the center of the chart, you’ll see the total number of devices in your fleet.
2. Register Device
Located at the top right of the page, this button allows you to register a new device, similar to the functionality on the Device Management page.
3. Configure Multiple WiFi Devices
Below the “Register Device” button, you’ll find a tile that allows you to add or remove WiFi networks for your devices.

4. Search Bar
Under the pie chart, a search bar lets you locate devices by typing their Device ID or Description.
5. Filter Devices
Located next to the search bar, these filters allow you to sort and narrow down devices by:
Device Type: Cellular / WiFi
Power Settings: Smart / Always On / Always Off
Hidden Devices: Yes / No
Sort By: Device ID, Description, Last Connected, Type (Cellular or WiFi)
6. Device Tile
Each device registered in your Plugzio dashboard is displayed as a tile on this page. Each tile includes:
A WiFi or Cellular logo indicating the connection type
Device ID: Matches the label on the physical device
Description: The custom description you provided when registering the device
Type: WiFi or Cellular
Last Connected: The last time the device communicated with Plugzio’s cloud
Test Connection Button
Reboot Button
