[User] Activating Multiple Devices With a Single User Account

Activate more than one device

Your Plugzio account is not limited to a single active session. This means you can start multiple charging sessions at the same time using one account.

Example: One use case for this is when a couple uses only one Plugzio user account to charge both of their vehicles simultaneously.

How to charge two vehicles (activate two Plugzio devices) at the same time:

  1. Activate the first device like you normally do (by scanning the QR code or entering the device ID in your Plugzio app). Please refer to this article for more information.

  2. You can activate the second device just like you did in step 1. Whether you already have an active session or not, you can start new charging sessions with more devices the same way.
    ​
