The Plugzio Device Management dashboard offers a centralized and intuitive interface for managing all your Plugzio charging devices. Below is an overview of its key components and how to navigate the platform effectively.
This article assumes that you have a Plugzio Management account. If you have not created a management account, please follow the [Manager] Manager Account Creation guide.
Log in to your management account at manage.plugz.io
On the left orange bar choose "Device Management" section to access Device Management page.
Device Summary
At the top of the page, you’ll find a quick summary of your registered Plugzio devices, visually represented in a pie chart. This summary categorizes devices by their power settings:
• Always On
• Smart
• Always Off
In the example shown, there are 3 devices in total:
• 2 are Always On
• 1 is Smart
Device List & Status
Below the pie chart, each registered device is displayed as a tile containing below details:
• Device ID & Description
• Power Setting (e.g., Always On, Smart)
• Payment Plan Info
• Access Settings (e.g., Public)
• ✏️ Edit Device Settings
• ➕ Add Users
This allows you to easily monitor the status and change the configuration of each unit.
Filtering & Sorting
Above the device list, you can:
• Search by keyword (e.g., Description of the device) or Device ID
• Filter devices by status, power setting, and visibility
• Sort the device list using custom criteria: Device ID, Description, Power Settings, Access Settings
Settings
The right side of the dashboard includes:
• User Access Settings – This allows a manager to grant/revoke a user’s access to a specific device and assign a designated payment plan.
• Device Power & Access Settings – change your devices's Power Setting (Smart, Always on, Always off) and Access (Public, Private).
• Register Device – Register new Plugzio device.
• Export Data – Download device data for analysis or records.
