What is Multi-Management?
Multi-management is a feature that allows managers to grant account permissions to other managers. This allows multiple people to have the ability to view or edit a manager account without sharing login credentials.
There are two Types of access that Managers can give:
1. View Only
2. Device Manager
3. Account Administrator
What is "View Only"?
Managers with "View Only" permissions can only view data on the account. They are not allowed to make modifications or changes to anything on the account.
What is "Device Manager"?
Managers with "Device Manager" permissions can view data and make edits to the devices. The only restrictions are:
Wallets - Not able to trigger withdrawal requests or add wallet profiles.
Account Settings - Not able to change password.
Account Settings - Not able to modify access control.
What is "Account Administrator"?
Managers with "Account Administrator" permissions have full access, including both device management and financial settings. The only restrictions are:
Account Settings - Not able to change password.
Account Settings - Not able to modify access control.
