Getting your electric vehicle charged and ready to go is simple. Just follow the visual prompts on the charger’s screen.
Step 1: The Welcome Screen
When you approach an available charger, you’ll see the Welcome screen.

Step 2: Scan and Start
Once the charger detects your vehicle, the screen will update to show a QR Code.

Action: Use your smartphone’s camera or the mobile app to scan the code.
This allows you to view the current pricing and officially start the charging session from your phone.
Step 3: Monitoring Your Charge
While your car is charging, the display provides real-time feedback.

The final session cost will be available in your app.
Troubleshooting
If things don’t go as planned, the charger will let you know what’s happening:
Screen Message | What it Means | What to Do |
Unavailable | The device is currently offline. | Try another nearby charger. |
System Error | A software glitch has occurred. | Note the Error Code and try rebooting the device. |
Charging Failed | The session stopped unexpectedly. | Unplug, return the connector, and try starting again. |
Pro Tip: If there is a physical issue with the charger (like a broken cable or damaged screen), please contact your Property Manager directly so they can arrange for a repair.
