How to Use Your Artemis Charger: A Step-by-Step Guide

Getting your electric vehicle charged and ready to go is simple. Just follow the visual prompts on the charger’s screen.

Step 1: The Welcome Screen

When you approach an available charger, you’ll see the Welcome screen.

  • Action: Simply plug the connector into your vehicle’s charging port.


Step 2: Scan and Start

Once the charger detects your vehicle, the screen will update to show a QR Code.

  • Action: Use your smartphone’s camera or the mobile app to scan the code.

  • This allows you to view the current pricing and officially start the charging session from your phone.


Step 3: Monitoring Your Charge

While your car is charging, the display provides real-time feedback.

  • You can see exactly how much energy (kWh) has been delivered so far.

  • For more detailed info or to stop the session early, you can check your mobile app at any time.


Step 4: Wrapping Up

When the session is complete, the screen will display "Charging Done".

  • Action: Unplug the cable and return the connector safely to its holder.

  • The final session cost will be available in your app.


Troubleshooting

If things don’t go as planned, the charger will let you know what’s happening:

Unavailable

The device is currently offline.

Try another nearby charger.

System Error

A software glitch has occurred.

Note the Error Code and try rebooting the device.

Charging Failed

The session stopped unexpectedly.

Unplug, return the connector, and try starting again.

Pro Tip: If there is a physical issue with the charger (like a broken cable or damaged screen), please contact your Property Manager directly so they can arrange for a repair.
