You should insert the cable without the RJ45 head attached. Once the cable has been fed through the device, you can crimp the RJ45 head back on and connect it to the port. After that, tighten the cable gland to secure the cable and ensure the connection is waterproof.
The image above shows what the cable gland looks like. It is located on the bottom left side of the charger when you’re looking at the front, or on the bottom right if you’re viewing the charger from the back. Please refer to the image below for reference.
