What is Service Subscription?
Service Subscription is a feature that allows managers to view their subscription plan and the remaining time for each device, and to enable or disable auto-payment.
Icon Colors
It will show the power setting by color:
Blue: blue color indicates that the device is on Always on.
Red: red color indicates that the device is on Always off.
Orange: orange indicates that the device is on Smart.
Row Colors
It will show the time until the expiry time by color:
White: it indicates that the device has more than 30 days until the expiry date.
Yellow: it indicates that the device has 30 days or fewer until the expiry date.
Pink: it indicates that the device has 7 days or fewer until the expiry date.
Grey: it indicates that the device has expired and it has been disabled
Note: If your device is disabled, please contact the Support team via email: help@plugzio.com or use the chat with us option (Request Support) so we can help you enable it.
Device Subscription List:
From here, you can see some subscription details about the charger:
Remaining Days: the amount of time that is left for your subscription to end.
Registration Date: the date that your device was registered on your account.
Expiry Date: this section shows you how many days are left for your device to be disabled, AKA expire
Auto payment: it's a way to renew your subscription
Subscription model: it will show you what subscription plan you are on
Filtering & Sorting:
Above the device list, you can:
Search by keyword (e.g., Description of the device) or Device ID
Filter devices by power setting and show hidden devices
