Plugzio Cloud is a software as a service (SaaS) and can be paid monthly or yearly. Depending on the package purchased, Plugzio Cloud may already be included with your device. Contact Customer Support to learn more.

Plugzio Cloud communicates with Cellular and WiFi versions of the Plugzio hardware every few seconds, therefore in real-time.
