As long as you have an ongoing software subscription active on your management dashboard, you can benefit from the Plugzio key features such as monitoring your devices' usage details, managing their access and power settings, monetizing their usage with the rate that you decide, and more.
If the software subscription expires, all the Plugzio management dashboard features (including the above-mentioned) will be down and your device can no longer be activated for charging.
Note: if for any reason you are no longer going to subscribe for these features, you can contact the Plugzio customer care team to change the power settings of your device to Always On. This mode will change your device to a dumb charger, meaning it will act like a regular outlet that you use only by plugging in.
