Steps

Open your browser and navigate to https://my.plugz.io/
Log into your Plugzio account.
Click the "Cog" icon on the top right of the page next to your e-mail address.
Enter the current password of the account in the "Current Password" field
Enter the new password of the account in the "New Password" and "Confirm New Password" fields
Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters in length with at least 1 uppercase character and 1 special character.
