Plugzio, your reliable electric vehicle (EV) charging solution, is dedicated to transparency and fairness. In this article, we want to clarify two important aspects:

  • No Commissions for Users: At Plugzio, we take pride in providing a platform that is fair and straightforward for all users. It's crucial to note that Plugzio DOES NOT take any commission from its users.

When activating a charging session, the rate for using the device is set by the device owner (property management), not Plugzio. This ensures a direct and transparent relationship between users and device owners.

Note: If you have any questions about the charging rates you encounter when activating a session, please reach out to the owner of the device directly. They will assist you with any inquiries or concerns about the charges.

  • PayPal Fee for Wallet Top-ups: When topping up your Plugzio wallet, please be aware that there is a PayPal fee associated with the transaction. This fee is typically 2.9% plus $0.30 for each transaction. It's important to consider this deduction when planning your wallet top-ups. Note that PayPal fees may be subject to change, and we highly recommend heading over to PayPal’s website, which explains the updated rates for processing the transactions:

Plugzio remains committed to providing a user-friendly and transparent charging experience. Through this clarification, we aim to provide our users with the information they need for a seamless Plugzio experience.
