This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to reset the dashboard password. If you've forgotten your password, this guide will help you regain access to the dashboard by following a few simple steps.
1. Login to your dashboard:
If you are a manager, navigate to manage.plugz.io through your web browser
If you are a user, navigate to my.plugz.io through your web browser or log in to your account using the Plugzio app on your cellphone.
2. Click "FORGOT PASSWORD" on the login page
3. Enter the email address associated with your dashboard on "Forgot Password" page
4. Click "SUBMIT" to receive the reset password email
5. Check your email inbox for this email subject "Reset Password for Plugzio" and click on the link that says "here"
6. If you do not see the reset password email on your dashboard, check your "Spam" or "Junk Email"
7. Navigate back to the login page and click "BACK TO SIGN IN"
8. On the login page, use your email address and NEW password to login
