Wallets are essential for displaying your currency type, current balance, and transaction history. This includes top-ups, revenue, and subscription fee deductions for your devices if auto payment is enabled. Additionally, creating a wallet is necessary for setting up a payment plan for your device, ensuring that your revenue is directed to the correct wallet.
Here's how to create your wallet in the management dashboard:
1. Sign In to Your Account: Begin by logging into your account.
2. Register Your Device(s): Ensure all your devices are registered in the management dashboard. If your devices are not registered to your dashboard, please follow How To Register Plugzio Devices Under Management Dashboard
3. Navigate to Wallets:
• Click on the “Wallets” section in your account.
4. Create Your Wallet:
• Click on “CREATE WALLET.”
• Choose your currency type.
• Name your wallet.
• Click “CREATE.”
Note: One of the main benefits of creating different wallets is that you can assign each to a group of devices, allowing you to track the revenue for a group of devices (such as devices in a specific property), as shown in the picture below:
5. To change your wallet name, follow the article [Change your Wallet Name] as the process is the same as on the user dashboard.
