2. Navigate to the "Network Configuration" Page:
Once logged in, go to the “Network Configuration” page located under the “Device Management” section.
3. Ping Your Device:
On the “Network Configuration” page, locate the device you want to check and click on “Test Connection” for the respective device ID.
- If the device is online, you will see the message “Device is online.”
- If the device is offline, you will encounter the message “Device is offline.”
Rebooting Your Device
If your device is online but you encounter an issue when activating a session from the dashboard, rebooting the device often resolves the problem. Follow these steps to reboot your device:
1. Navigate to the "Network Configuration" Page:
Click on the “Network Configuration” page if you are not already there.
2. Initiate Reboot:
Click on the “Reboot” button for the device you need to restart.
- If the device is online, you will see the message “Reboot request sent to [Device ID].”
- If the device is offline, you will see the message “Reboot failed.”
