This is a step-by-step guide on how to ping your Plugzio devices.

Ensuring that your devices are online and functioning correctly is crucial for maintaining a smooth and efficient network. In this article, we will guide you through the process of checking the online status of your devices by pinging them using the management dashboard.

1. Log in to Your Management Dashboard: https://manage.plugz.io

2. Navigate to the "Network Configuration" Page:

Once logged in, go to the “Network Configuration” page located under the “Device Management” section.

3. Ping Your Device:

On the “Network Configuration” page, locate the device you want to check and click on “Test Connection” for the respective device ID.

- If the device is online, you will see the message “Device is online.”

- If the device is offline, you will encounter the message “Device is offline.”

By following these simple steps, you can easily monitor the online status of your devices. Regular monitoring and maintenance through your management dashboard help in keeping your network running efficiently.
