Once you login to your management dashboard, you will land in the Dashboard page:
This is where you have access to all the monitoring features.
Every one of the the below tiles on the Dashboard page shows one charging session and here is all the data that it shows you:
the device ID that the user charged with for their charging session
the device description (the name that the device manager chooses for the device) that in most cases, based on the manager's decision, shows the location of the device
the email address of the user (the person who activated this charging session)
the date and time that the charging session was started by the user
the date and time that the charging session was finished by the user
how long the session lasted
how much power was used during the charging session (per kWh)
how much the user paid the device manager for this single charging session
You can also filter this list for your reporting purposes, using the search bar above the session history list:
this search bar is pretty powerful! Every detail you see in the sessions' tiles can be filtered here. For example, let's see how many charging sessions were activated only with the device ID J4EF3 in the above screenshot by entering this ID in the search bar:
As you see in the above screenshot, the session history list is now updated and you only see the sessions with this device ID by entering the ID in the search bar.
One more option you can use to easier monitor the desired list of sessions is sorting them out using the indicated option in the below screenshot:
