1.0 LOAD BALANCING
If the device is installed in line with a breaker that is lower than the maximum range or is connected in line with another device, the device(s) will have to be load-balanced to avoid tripping the breaker.
Load balancing can be done after the device is registered on Plugzio’s management dashboard at manage.plugz.io. You can learn how to adjust the load balancing on the management dashboard in this article: How can Plugzio level 1 and level 2 devices be load-balanced on the management dashboard?

Remove the mounting bracket (D) from the back of the device
Remove the outer six screws securing the front cover of the device
Slowly and carefully open the front cover and ensure that no cables are disconnected while the
the front cover is removed
With the device facing upwards, unscrew any screws holding the strain relief grip of the right cable
Turn the device around and unscrew the 4 screws holding the back terminal cover
Unscrew the 3 wires from the terminal block
Undo the cord grip for the input cable
Remove any ferrite cores and pull out the input wire

Remove the mounting bracket (D) from the back of the device
Remove the outer six screws securing the front cover of the device
Slowly and carefully open the front cover and ensure that no cables are disconnected while the front cover is removed
With the device facing upwards, check to see if the SIM card is installed and the antenna from the front cover is connected to the top antenna connector
