Yes! You can add as many drugs as you need. The drug interaction checker will show relevant drug-to-drug interactions for each drug you select.

For example, if you enter phenobarbital, zonisamide, and fluoxetine, you will see risk classifications and guidelines for the following combinations:

  • Fluoxetine + Phenobarbital

  • Fluoxetine + Zonisamide

  • Phenobarbital + Zonisamide

Possible additive interactions with more than 2 drugs are not evaluated in this tool due to a lack of evidence and complicated multifactorial situations. Clinical judgment should always be used when examining multiple drugs and their possible drug-to-drug interactions.
