My IP address isn’t recognized. What do I do?

Our enterprise accounts are typically set up via IP authentication. It’s possible that your group administrator has not yet provided your IP address to be included for authentication. Please file a support ticket that includes the name of your group and your IP address.

Don’t know your IP address? The error message from Plumb’s will tell you. You can also enter “what is my IP address” into Google.
