When you are active on more than 2 devices, you will see a message asking you to pause one of your active sessions. Clicking on the pause button will temporarily pause the session on the device you select. But don’t worry—it won’t sign you out. When you return to that device, it’s as easy as pausing one of the other sessions.
Let’s say you’re active on the tablet app and on your desktop computer, but your phone is closest, so you go to sign in on the app. You’ll see the pop-up asking you to pause a session. Simply click the Pause icon on either session to make your phone the active session. When you return to your tablet or desktop, you will see the same message and take the same action.
You won’t need to enter your sign-in information each time you pause. However, if your account is in use on devices you don’t recognize, you can always click Sign out of all sessions to revoke access. If you choose this option, you will need to sign in again the next time you open Plumb’s.
