As you’ve probably noticed, we’ve been making improvements to the Plumb’s™ web app over the last few months. These updates will build a strong foundation for the app and ensure you can depend on it for the information you need, right when you need it.

The biggest update arrives on the Plumb’s website on December 19. Read on to find out what you can expect and how these changes will improve your experience with Plumb’s.

Say hello to your new toolbar! This new navigation menu will stay with you on every page, so you can quickly move from diagnosis to treatment to client education with a single click or search. Keep reading to see what you can do with this new feature.

The search bar will move to the top of the toolbar and follow you from page to page, so you can start a new search from anywhere in Plumb’s™.

You can filter your search by a specific content type (eg, Dx & Tx, Drugs) or search through all the content on Plumb’s™.

You’ll find all the Plumb’s™ features under your new sidebar, including:

Want to email or print a pet owner handout (or multiple)? Click Select beneath the handout title in search or from a handout page. All your selections will appear under Selected Handouts (in the Tools section in the new navigation). From there, choose whether you’d like to print or email your handouts.

Once you’ve marked a drug or clinical monograph as a favorite, it will appear after the Tools section in the new toolbar. That means one-click access—from any page—to the information you need most often.

Want to get back to content you’ve looked at recently? No need to start a new search. On your web app home screen, new Recently Viewed and Top Viewed sections now appear at the top of the page, making it easy to get back to what you were just looking at.

Algorithms (exclusive to Plumb’s Pro™ subscribers) will open right within the web app—no need to download them or open a new tab—so they’re easy to read on a small screen or mobile device.

Keep up with new content added to Plumb’s™. Click on the New & Updated section at the top of each feature page (Drugs, Dx & Tx). You’ll see your favorites there, too.
