The Booking Page Landing is the first thing your clients see when they arrive on your Podyx booking link. Whether it’s embedded into your site or accessed via a standalone URL, this page serves as the central hub for all booking flows.
It’s designed to give a clear, modern, and brand-aligned first impression — while helping users find the booking path that works best for them.
🔍 Where it comes from:
Your landing page is automatically generated when you set up your studio on Podyx. Its content and layout are based on:
Your Appearance settings (colors, fonts, layout order)
Your available Setups
Your active Bundles
Optional Landing Page Text
User login state (logged in vs not)
It lives at your custom URL:
yourstudio.podyx.com
—or—
wherever you’ve embedded it on your own site
🧭 What Clients See:
🖼️ 1. Studio Branding
Logo (from Appearance settings)
Brand colors and fonts
Optional hero/intro text
This ensures your booking page feels like a seamless extension of your website.
📅 2. Booking Entry Points
Your clients can choose how they want to begin booking:
Book by Date
Choose a specific day and see what’s available. Best for clients who prioritize fitting a session into their schedule.Book by Setup
Start by choosing a setup. Best for clients who care about the type of room or experience first.Book with a Bundle
Appears only if the user is logged in and has an active bundle. This gives them a fast-tracked 2-step booking flow using their prepaid sessions.
🎁 3. Bundles Section (if active)
You can feature one or more bundles right on your landing page. Each bundle card includes:
Title + thumbnail
Short description
Starting price (based on the lowest package)
“Learn More” button → opens full bundle landing page
💡 Bundle layout order is configurable in the Appearance settings.
🔀 4. Section Order Customization
From the Appearance tab, you can:
Reorder sections (e.g. show bundles above setups)
Hide/show elements based on what you’re promoting
Create a layout that matches your studio’s priorities (e.g. push bundles if you’re running a promo)
👤 5. User State
Depending on whether the user is logged in, they may see:
“Login / Sign up” button (if not logged in)
User Dashboard Access: Upcoming bookings, bundles, past purchases (if logged in)
The Book with Bundle flow only shows if a logged-in user has an active bundle
🧠 First-time users aren’t asked to create an account until the end of the booking flow. Signup is quick and only requires name, email, phone, and password.
✨ Additional Customization (via Appearance):
Landing Page Text: Display a welcome message or studio note above booking paths
Theme Mode: Light or Dark
Button Style: Rounded or squared
Font: Select a font that matches your website
Favicon and Logo for pro-level polish
✅ Summary:
Your Booking Page Landing is the anchor of your studio’s online experience — clean, on-brand, and built to guide clients into booking in the way that works best for them.
It reflects the structure and logic you’ve set up in the admin, and dynamically adjusts based on the client’s login state and available offerings.
It’s not just a landing page. It’s your studio's virtual front desk.
