Your Podyx booking page doesn’t just handle logistics — it represents your studio. With the Appearance settings, you can fully customize how your booking experience looks and feels, so clients feel like they’ve never left your website.

From color and typography to layout and section order, this is where you bring your brand to life.

🔍 Where to find it:

Admin Panel → Studio Settings → Appearance

🛠 What You Can Customize

🎨 Brand Colors & Theme

  • Primary Color: Sets the tone for buttons, highlights, and other interactive elements

  • Theme: Choose between Light Mode and Dark Mode

  • Button Radius: Rounded vs square — subtle, but makes a difference in the vibe

  • Font: Choose from a range of fonts to match your site or brand aesthetic

🧠 Use a color and font combination that matches your website so the experience feels consistent — especially if embedding.

🖼️ Logo & Favicon

  • Upload your studio’s logo, which appears in the top-left of your booking page

  • Upload a favicon (the little icon in the browser tab)
This adds polish and makes your booking page feel like a true part of your digital home

📝 Landing Page Text

  • Add a short intro message that appears at the top of your booking page

  • Great for welcoming clients, explaining how to book, or highlighting a promotion

Example:

“Welcome to our booking page! Select your setup below or purchase a bundle to get started.”

🔀 Section Reordering

Control how different sections of your landing page appear:

  • Move Setups above or below Bundles

  • Hide sections you’re not using yet

  • Reorder things as needed to guide your client’s attention

🧠 Use this to push seasonal bundles, highlight key setups, or clean up the UI if you’re still building.

💌 Email Banner

  • Upload a custom banner that appears at the top of all system-generated emails sent to clients (e.g. confirmations, reminders)

  • This reinforces your brand and makes even automated emails feel intentional

🧠 Best Practices

  • Match your booking page to your main website (especially if embedded)

  • Preview your changes before publishing

  • Keep your landing page text short, warm, and informative

  • Use square logos and favicons where possible for better display across devices

🔄 Where This Appears to Clients

All of these settings affect:

  • Your booking page landing

  • The look and feel of the entire booking flow

  • Any standalone bundle pages

  • The emails Podyx sends on your behalf

✅ Summary:

Your studio’s brand is more than a logo — it’s how clients feel when they interact with you. Podyx gives you the tools to create a cohesive, professional experience from first click to confirmation.

Stand out. Stay consistent. And turn your booking page into a true extension of your brand.
