If you notice a data discrepancy between any metics on your Key Indicators dashboard versus your Custom Reports, it's likely that this could be due to how you have your data settings configured.

For example, if you have your Orders settings configured to not include cancelled or $0.00 orders, this may yield a difference between how to data populates on your Key Indicators tab rather than Custom Reports. We recommend adjusting these settings to troubleshoot if this is where any discrepancies are coming from.
