If you'd like to see which orders come from subscriptions versus one-time purchases, you can use Order Tag filters on a View to easily filter your order data.

In order to filter the data automatically, we recommend creating a View so that you can filter all of your dashboards in one click. When you create this View, you'll need to add a filter (Order Tag contains Subscription for subscriptions orders, and Order Tag does not contain Subscription for one-time purchases). See the images below for a visual of how you can set this up.

Create an "Order Tag contains Subscription" filter for the subscriptions View Item.

Create an "Order Tag does not contain Subscription" filter for the one-time View Item.

Once you've created the View, you'll be able to select it on your dashboards to automatically filter your data using the Order Tag.

For example, this dashboard is filtering for subscriptions orders only.

Alternatively, this dashboard is filtering for one-time purchase orders only.

You can also use the Order Tag filters within a Custom Report if you'd like to create sales reports for both subscription and one-time purchase orders.
