How can I downgrade or cancel my Polygon account?

Downgrading Accounts

Business and Enterprise Users:

Personal Users:

  • Downgrade your account within the dashboard: https://polygon.io/dashboard/billing.

  • Click on the account you want to downgrade.

  • Click on the "Modify" link and select the plan you want to downgrade to.

  • If you do not want to pay for the service going forward, downgrade to the Basic plan, which is free.

Important Information

  • Once an account is downgraded, access levels will remain the same until the end of the current billing period.

  • Downgrading ensures that you will not be billed for the current product level in the next billing period. You will be billed at the new, lower rate, including the Free plan.
