Why is the payment checkout page showing a different location from the one I've selected?

Many childcare providers have multiple locations and may collect payments through a main location. This will be the location you see on the PonchoPay checkout page.

As payment and booking confirmations are separate to each other, your booking will still be with the location you have selected and this should be clear on your booking confirmation page and/or email.
