What does the KYC step involve?

This is a required step to enable card guarantee and to accept card payments.

  1. Login to PonchoPay

  2. Go to "Payment account" under "Settings". This should start the KYC process for Adyen. If helpful, please see a short demo here. It is for Germany but the UK process is similar.

Please note in the signatory section, remember to choose a signatory (e.g. yourself).
