Payouts will be paid into your connected bank account in the name of the voucher provider / Tax-Free Childcare.
Funds are disbursed daily. There may be a delay of 1-3 days depending on the individual voucher provider, as it depends on their speeds.
We automatically track and reconcile Tax-Free Childcare, Edenred, Sodexo, Computershare, Care-4, and KiddiVouchers. These will be moved to in bank status automatically.
You will need to look at in progress and complete:
Complete payments - You can mark these payments as in bank, if they are received, by scrolling to the right and clicking "Mark in bank".
In progress payments – to mark as in bank, you can scroll to the right and click on "Complete" first. Once confirmed that the payment was completed, you will see the "Mark in bank" option. Click to mark in bank.
If you need to charge a card, you can scroll to the right and click charge card.
