Causes of account blocking

Generally, accounts are blocked due to findings of violations committed by users on the survey platform. Actions considered as violations include but not limited to:

  • Using fake accounts or identities

  • Having or using duplicate accounts

  • Providing inaccurate or false information or responses in surveys

Prevention

Here are some preventative measures users can take to avoid having their account blocked by the system:

  • Follow the applicable Terms & Conditions.

  • Use polite and appropriate language.

  • Avoid using fake identities or creating duplicate accounts.

  • Ensure to provide accurate and truthful information when filling out surveys.
