Create a "Buyer Group" to set up custom pricing, quantity rules & payment terms.

With Buyer Groups, you can assign custom pricing, quantity limits, and payment terms to groups of wholesale buyers.

1) Creating a new 'Buyer Group'

Navigate to the 'Buyer Groups' section in the left sidebar then click the 'New Group' button in the top-right corner.

2) Start entering details for the new 'Buyer Group'

Begin entering details for 'General Info' and 'Default Discount & Quantity Rules'

3) Adding tiered pricing (optional)

Click the '+ Add Price Break' button to add new tiered price breaks to the discount rules.

4) Specific products and/or collections pricing overrides

Click the '+ Add override' button.


5) Browse specific products or collection

Click the 'Browse' button to select specific products or collections. After selecting the desired products or collection, click 'Select' to confirm your choice.

6) Applying percentage discounts or fixed price for overrides

In the 'Discount & Quantity Rules' section, choose either 'Percentage Discount' or 'Fixed Price'. Once all fields are filled, click 'Save' to apply the override settings.

7) Saving new buyer group info

Once you've filled out 'General Info', 'Default Discounts & Quantity Rules' and 'Overrides' click the 'Save & Continue' button at the bottom right of the screen.

8) Assign buyers to new 'Buyer Group'

Select buyers from the 'Unassigned Buyers' list by clicking the checkbox next to their name then click the 'Assign Buyers' button located in the bottom right corner.​

9) View all of your 'Buyer Groups'

After assigning buyers to your new 'Buyer Group' click 'Close' in the top right corner to view all of your setup buyer groups.
