Set Up B2B Shipping Rates

Set custom B2B shipping rules, including free-shipping minimums and flat-rate charges for wholesale buyers.

1) Enable and Open B2B Shipping Configuration

  1. Log in to your PortalSphere Admin and click Account Settings in the left sidebar.
    ​

  2. Scroll to B2B Shipping Configuration.
    ​

  3. Check the box labeled Enable Shipping Discount.
    ​

  4. Click Edit Shipping Configuration to open the settings panel.

2) Set Your Shipping Rules and Save

  1. Under Minimum Purchase Amount, enter the subtotal your wholesale buyers must reach to qualify for free shipping.
    ​

  2. Enter a Flat Rate Amount, which is the shipping fee charged if the buyer does not meet the minimum.
    ​

  3. Scroll down and click Update Configuration to save your changes.
