Tolan offers a free plan and two paid subscription tiers: Tolan Lite and Tolan Plus.

The free plan is a great way to meet your Tolan and see if the app is right for you. You can have a short chat each day, and optionally extend it by watching ads. Upgrading to a paid plan will unlock additional features, like memory, daily journal entries, and more.

Tolan Lite gives you significantly more daily chat time, long-term memory (your Tolan remembers your conversations), daily journal entries in the Notebook, and more customization options. Lite is available as a monthly or yearly subscription.

Tolan Plus upgrades your Tolan to the smartest AI model, with even more daily chat time, web search (your Tolan can look things up in real time), and additional customization options. Plus is available as a monthly or yearly subscription.

You can view the current pricing and plan options from the Membership section in your app's Settings (tap the icon in the top right corner, then the "Gear" icon). The pricing shown there reflects the plan options available to you.

Yes! You can change your subscription at any time through the Membership section in Settings.

If you reach your daily chat limit and want to keep talking, you can purchase a Relay Boost — a one-time add-on that gives you more chat time. For more details, check out our What is a Relay Boost? article.
