PostFromUS uses the package name, tracking number, address, and PostBox details to match incoming packages to the correct customer account.
Using an unrecognized name can cause problems, especially if:
The store used a different shipping name
A friend or family member placed the order
The package looks suspicious or unclear
Proof of ownership is needed
Can I Receive Packages for Family or Friends?
In some cases, yes, but their name should be added to your account first.
This helps prevent confusion and protects your account from fraud or unauthorized package use.
What If a Package Already Shipped With a Different Name?
If the package is already on the way, contact PostFromUS support as soon as possible.

Tracking number
Store name
Order number
Name used on the package
Your PostBox number
Proof of purchase, if requested
