There are 3 ways to customize your AI agent to get even better results:
Step 1: Upload Your Expertise
Drop in any content where you share your knowledge:
Client case studies β
Business presentations β
Strategy documents β
Email sequences β
Important! Do not upload your tone of voice instructions in the content library. This is really only for expertise.
You can update your tone of voice instructions via Settings β AI Context. Anything you add there will be added to the custom instructions of the AI. You can update this for each team profile individually.
Step 2: Update your AI profile
Go to Settings β LinkedIn styling.

Add your:
Authority statements: any statement that builds authority. Add as many as possible. The AI agent will use it in the content when relevant.
CTAs: if you have any specific call to actions you'd like to add.
Content Principles: These are "big ideas" you'd like to convey. Messages you'd like to see back in your content.

Step 3: Give custom AI instructions
Go to Settings β AI context.
For every LinkedIn profile of your team members you can add extra AI context. This information will be added to that team member's Postiv AI prompt/custom instructions. That means that Postiv AI will directly use anything you say, in here.
