Within the PostTap dashboard, you’ll find the Reports Page. Here you'll find high level information about the performance of your shortlinks including click data filtered by your top shortlinks, country, OS and referral platform. Data from the reporting page scorecards can also be exported via CSV.
The information within the Reports page is the following:
Total Mobile Clicks
The Total Mobile Clicks are the total number of clicks your shortlinks have generated on mobile devices. For example, if you visit the link 10 times on a mobile device, the total mobile clicks count will be 10.
Total Active Shortlinks
The Total Shortlinks are the total number of links receiving clicks in the selected time period.
Top Shortlinks
This chart shows the best performing Shortlinks during the selected time period, as well as shows the number of Total Mobile Clicks for each one:
Referral Platform Performance
This chart shows you the top platforms where your referrers are coming from. Additionally, it shows you mobile clicks per referral platform and the percentage of total clicks for each.
Clicks by Operating System
This chart shows you which Operating System your clicks are coming from.
Top Countries
This widget shows the countries where your mobile clicks are coming from. It will show you which countries are driving your mobile clicks, providing you with a mobile click count as well as the percentage of total clicks for each.
Referral Platform Filter
Additionally, you can filter your data by referral platform to see all metrics for a specific platform.
