Why register?
Poursteady recipes are stored on my.poursteady.com, where users can create and edit any number of recipes to use on their machine. To make sure that users have access to the right machines, they will need to be registered by the Poursteady team. Without registering, you will only be able to use the default recipe included on your machine.
Step 1:
Go to https://poursteady.com/register and fill out the Poursteady Registration form.
Note: You can begin the app registration process as soon as you have the following information (User Email(s), Organization Name and Poursteady Serial Number). This can be done prior to installation and without the machine being connected to the internet. Any recipes that are created and/or assigned to the machine will sync at the time the machine is connected to the internet.
Step 2:
Our team will confirm your registration before adding it to the site.
Note: Our operating hours are Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm EST. You will receive a confirmation email when your registration is complete, typically within one business day.
Step 3:
You will receive an email confirming your serial number and user email have been registered to your desired Organization and you will be able to login and see your machine(s). If you have not yet signed up on my.poursteady.com you will be able to create a password by going through the “forgot password” process on the login page.
