Moving Students Between Teacher Accounts

School administrators can transfer students between teacher accounts.

School administrators can move students from one teacher’s account to another without affecting their login credentials or the school’s membership count.


Benefits of Moving Students

  • Students keep their username and password.

  • The new teacher can see the student’s prior results.

How to Move a Student

  1. Click Students in the left-hand menu.

  2. Click the underlined name of the student you want to move.

  3. Click the green “Move to Different Teacher” button.

  4. Find the teacher you want to move the student to and click the “Move To” button next to the teacher’s name.


‼️Important Notes

  • Students will not have access to previous assignments or results after being moved.

  • New teachers will need to place moved students into the desired groups and assign activities to them.
