Admins can help teachers get ready for a new year—or a new group of students—by cleaning out old accounts. Teachers can also do this on their own, but admins have the option to do it for them if they'd like.

To remove old students from a teacher’s account:

  1. Click Teachers in the left menu.

  2. Find the teacher you’d like to assist and click on their underlined name.

  3. Click the green Impersonate button to access that teacher’s account.

  4. Once you’re in their account, follow the steps below to delete the necessary students.

Note: When impersonating, you’re accessing the teacher’s actual account—so use caution when making any changes or deleting data.
