The AI can only generate a note from completed recordings
If the recording didn’t save properly, you may need to try again
2. Confirm AI Note Generation
After stopping the recording, the “Generate Note” button should be available
If it’s not, try refreshing your browser or app
Ensure you're connected to the internet when initiating note generation
3. File Format Issues
If you uploaded a file (e.g., audio or document) instead of recording a session directly, check the file type
Supported file formats for transcription are .mp3, .wav, and .mp4 for audio, and .pdf, .docx, and .txt for documents
4. AI Processing Delays
Sometimes, large or complex files may take longer to process
Wait a few minutes, and the pop-up notification should appear when the note is ready
5. Still Not Working?
If the issue persists, contact support for assistance with retrieving your note
