Click on the bug icon or feedback button at the bottom of the PractaLuma dashboard
Provide a clear description of the bug and steps to reproduce it
Include any relevant screenshots or screen recordings
2. Email Bug Reports
Alternatively, email us directly at bugs@practaluma.com
Include detailed information about the issue, your account details, and the device/browser you're using
The more details you provide, the faster we can resolve the issue
3. Track Report Status
Once your bug is reported, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a ticket number
We’ll keep you updated on progress via email, and you can track the status in your support portal
