How to Assign and Administer Assessments

You can assign assessments to clients before or after a session, or even during intake.

  1. Go to the Client Profile
    Navigate to the client you'd like to assess and click into their profile.

  2. Click on “Assessments” Tab
    Select from the list of available tools, organised by category or symptom cluster.

  3. Send to Client or Administer In-Session
    Choose whether to:

    • Send a secure link via email

    • Manually enter responses during a session

  4. Receive and View Results Automatically
    Once completed, the client’s scores and summary will appear instantly in their profile.
