We're constantly working & improving our tutors' voices. Every tutor has their own voice and accent, so it's worth trying a few until you find one that clicks!
You can switch tutor whenever you like, even in the middle of a chat.
A few other things to try:
Just ask! Tell your tutor how you'd like them to speak (slower, warmer, more expressive) and they'll adjust.
Tweak your "Lesson Settings". Pick your feedback style (Soft, Balanced or Strict), plus speech speed and response length.
