If you can't see your premium subscription in the app, firstly make sure that you have logged in with the same email you registered at the time of purchase. Sometimes, signing in with Google or Apple can inadvertently select the wrong email address. Once you checked this, go to the Profile section of the app, click on "Manage Subscription" and then “Restore Purchase”, and it should appear next!
If you still encounter technical problems, please go to your profile in the app and click on “Report technical issue”. This enables us to see exactly what happened technology-wise. Try to provide as much information as possible so our support team can better understand your issue. We will get back to you within 24-48 hours to help resolve it!
